Cancellation Policy

Junior’s Arrangements Luxury Proposal & Romantic Setup Policies Payment Policy A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the completion of setup. Junior’s Arrangements reserves the right to pause or withhold completion of services until full payment has been received. Equipment & Rental Responsibility Many items used in our luxury setups, including but not limited to arches, marquee letters, signage, candles, décor, and specialty rentals, are rented or custom-made pieces. Clients are financially responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or broken items during the rental period. Replacement and repair costs will be charged accordingly. Setup & Breakdown Access Clients are responsible for ensuring our team has adequate access to the event location during scheduled setup and breakdown times. Delays caused by restricted access, venue limitations, security requirements, or client-related circumstances may result in additional fees. Electricity Requirements For setups requiring lighting, LED signs, or other electrical components, a functioning electrical outlet must be available within a reasonable distance of the setup location. If power is unavailable, alternative arrangements must be discussed and approved prior to the event date. Outdoor Events & Weather For outdoor installations, clients assume responsibility for securing any required venue permissions and providing a safe setup location. Junior’s Arrangements is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions including wind, rain, storms, extreme temperatures, or other acts of nature. We reserve the right to modify or remove certain décor elements if weather conditions create safety concerns. Travel & Parking Fees Package pricing covers décor, design, setup, and breakdown services only. Travel fees, parking fees, tolls, valet charges, permits, and venue access fees are not included unless specifically stated in writing. These fees vary based on event location and will be added to the final invoice when applicable. Venue Requirements Clients are responsible for obtaining all venue approvals and permissions necessary for installation. Any venue restrictions must be communicated prior to booking. And ensure they reserve enough time for the set up and breakdown of the decor. Damage & Liability Junior’s Arrangements is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages from misuse, movement, alteration or tamper
